[FAIR 2026] Camera-Ready Submission Required

 

Dear Authors,

Congratulations once again on the acceptance of your paper for presentation at the FAIR 2026 conference!

In preparation for the publication of the conference proceedings, we kindly request that you submit the final, camera-ready version of your paper.

Submission Details:

  • Camera-Ready Deadline: September 30, 2026 (23:59 ICT)

  • Submission System: EDAS

Important Instructions & Submission Guide:

  1. Formatting: Your final manuscript must strictly adhere to the official conference template.

  2. Reviewer Comments: Please ensure that you have carefully addressed the reviewers' comments and incorporated the necessary revisions into your final paper.

  3. Complete author registration: Ensure that at least one author has registered for the conference. Registration is required before proceeding with submission.

  4. Submit copyright transfer: On the paper’s EDAS page, complete the copyright transfer form. This step is mandatory for publication.

  5. Prepare the final PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress:

    • Go to https://ieee-pdf-express.org or click on the IEEE PDF Express logo.

    • Create a new account by clicking on “Create account” link (if you are a first-time user).

    • Enter 71071X for the Conference ID.

    • Continue to enter information as prompted, you will receive an email confirming the successful creation of your account.

    • Upload your manuscript to IEEE PDF eXpress to check compliance. You may also submit source files for conversion to PDF.

    • Download the PDF eXpress-approved version.

    • Note: When checked with PDF Express the paper is NOT submitted yet.

  6. Upload the final version to EDAS: Return to your paper’s EDAS page and submit the PDF eXpress-approved file as the camera-ready version.
