SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Papers submitted to the FAIR 2025 Conference must be registered online at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=fair2025 under the Authors section.
After the full paper submission deadline, all manuscripts will be peer-reviewed for presentation at the conference sessions. The list of accepted papers will be posted in the "Accepted Papers" section under "Conference Activities" (on the right-hand column), or authors may log in at the submission portal to check the acceptance status of their submissions.
After the conference, presented papers in each session will undergo a second round of review for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Final decisions will be posted on the system and sent directly to authors via email.
The proceedings will be published by the Publishing House for Natural Science and Technology (under the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology), with an ISBN issued by the publisher. The electronic version will be assigned a DOI and made available on https://www.doi.org.
The paper template is provided in MS Word format. Submissions must not exceed 8 pages in length.
Please note that submissions must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Important Notes for Uploading Your Submission:
• Papers can be written in either Vietnamese or English. However, to facilitate international visibility, full-text submissions written in Vietnamese must include the title, abstract, author names, and affiliations in English as well.
• When registering on the system, follow this naming convention:
- Author names and affiliations should be entered in Vietnamese. The "last name" field should contain the given name, while the remaining parts are entered in the "first name" field. For example: "Tran Van Lang" → Last name: Lang, First name: Tran Van ; "Tran Thi Thong Reo Vi Vu" → Last name: Vu, First name: Tran Thi Thong Reo Vi
- Do not translate author names or affiliations into foreign languages on the EasyChair system (even for English papers), to facilitate postal communication by the Local Organizing Committee. (Foreign authors are an exception.) In the printed paper, names and affiliations can be formatted at the authors’ discretion.
- Keywords must be limited to a maximum of five. These should clearly reflect the subject area for proper classification into thematic sessions.
- Only one corresponding author should be selected.
- The first author is expected to be the presenter at the conference.
